Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect or mismatch of the product, with such defect or mismatch to be determined in the sole discretion of Al Hunaidi Perfumes.
Incomplete, damaged returns, or anything we at Al Hunaidi Perfumes in our sole discretion determine to have been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
• Free returns are available for all sale items within 3 days from the time of delivery, provided the Return Policy and the general Terms & Conditions of use of this site are met.
• Al Hunaidi Perfumes will not accept returns of products sold if a report is not made to us within 3 days from the time of delivery. Such request should be made to Al Hunaidi Perfumes through info@hunaidiperfumes.com or our telephone number mentioned under ‘Contact Us’ on this site.
• All items eligible for return must be returned unopened, unused, and in the original condition in which they were dispatched and received.
• No Refund for cash on delivery orders. Refunds will be accepted only for orders which are paid through online payment method.
• On RECEIPT of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the bank of your payment method within 10-15 working days.
• Please retain your Shipping Note until you have RECEIVED your refund.
• Purchases made through a bank card (credit/debit) will be refunded against the bank card (credit/debit) used for the original purchase.
